By using NetFuse, you agree to these comprehensive terms of service. All mentorship sessions require pre-payment through Paystack. Our platform facilitates connections but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

• • Mentors and coaches are independent contractors, not employees of NetFuse
• • We verify credentials but do not guarantee session outcomes or results
• • Users should perform their own due diligence when selecting mentors
• • All mentors must maintain professional conduct during sessions

• ✓ Full refunds available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before session
• ✗ No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled session
• ✓ Instant full refunds for mentor no-shows or technical failures
• ✓ Platform credit available for late cancellations

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that:

• • Violate community guidelines or terms of service
• • Engage in fraudulent activity or payment abuse
• • Abuse platform features or spam other users
• • Share inappropriate content or engage in harassment

• • NetFuse earns a commission from session fees (typically 20-30%)
• • Session payments to mentors are processed via bank transfer after completion
• • All transactions are secured through PCI DSS Level 1 compliant Paystack
• • Payment processing fees may apply as per Paystack's fee structure

• • All platform content is owned by NetFuse or licensed appropriately
• • Session recordings require explicit consent from all parties
• • User-generated content remains owned by the creator
• • Commercial use of platform materials requires written permission

NetFuse provides the platform "as-is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the session fee paid. We are not responsible for the quality or outcomes of mentorship sessions, which are provided by independent professionals.
